Information you choose to share
Founder signup collects your email address, marketing consent and selected setup: dispenser quantity and finish, refill and travel-wipe choices, delivery preferences and campaign information from your visit URL. These are preferences for the planned presale, not an order or a paid subscription.
Business inquiries collect organization and contact details, industry, anticipated quantities, locations, timing, delivery and refill preferences, and any requirements you provide. Creator applications collect contact details, platform and profile, content focus, optional audience and portfolio information, collaboration interest and your message. Please do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.
How we use this information
We use founder signup information to confirm your email, send your selected setup, communicate founder pricing and presale availability, and send the product updates you request. We use inquiry information to evaluate and respond to your request and manage a resulting business relationship. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Our service providers
Shopify hosts this website and processes business and creator contact forms. Klaviyo processes founder signup, consent, setup preferences and email delivery. Selected setup preferences also sync to your Shopify customer record so we can recognize your saved setup when preparing for presale. These providers process information to deliver their services, including technical data needed for security and reliable delivery. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
The site serves its display fonts through Shopify’s content delivery network. Links to external websites, including EWG, are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.
Cookies and technical information
Shopify and the services used to operate this website may process IP address, device and browser information, cookies, request times and usage information. Klaviyo email links and messages may record delivery, opens and clicks to help us understand and improve communications. Browser or email privacy controls may limit this information. Campaign parameters may be associated with your signup to understand how you found Wipemate.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are installed on this storefront to measure visits, understand campaign performance and support advertising audiences. Your email choices
Founder marketing signup requires your consent. Confirm your email when requested. You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or contact us for help. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent a direct response to an inquiry you submit.
Saved setup links
An email may contain a link that restores your selected product preferences. The link contains those preferences, not your email address or payment details. Anyone you forward that link to can see those preferences. Use the general Wipemate sharing link when you want someone to choose their own setup.
Retention and security
We keep signup and inquiry information while needed to provide requested communications, respond to inquiries, manage relationships and meet applicable obligations. We may retain consent and suppression records to honor your choices. You can contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions. We use our providers’ access and security controls; no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, or to withdraw consent or object to certain uses. Contact customerservice@wipemate.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Children
This site is intended for adults considering Wipemate products or partnerships. It is not designed to collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
